Museum Het Schip is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00-17:00. The museum is closed on King's Day (April 27), Christmas Day and New Year's Day. On Boxing Day, Easter Sunday, Ascension Day, Whit Sunday and Whit Monday, Museum The Ship is open.


Museum De Dageraad is open from Thursday to Sunday from 13.00-17.00. The museum is closed on New Year (January 1), Easter Monday, King's Day (April 27), Liberation Day (May 5), Whit Monday and Christmas Day (December 25).


Museum Het Schip is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator. Museum De Dageraad is partially wheelchair accessible. Special programs have been developed for people with visual or hearing impairments or dementia.


Museum Het Schip and Museum De Dageraad accept various discount cards, including the Museumkaart, ICOM, Vriendenloterij VIP card, Rembrandtkaart and Stadspas.
